Outpatient Treatment

Treatment built around your life, not the other way round. Every plan starts with a one-on-one assessment and is set together with your counselor.

Outpatient

Once a week — a 90-minute to 2-hour group, or a 1-hour individual session.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

At least 9 hours a week: three 3-hour group days, plus individual therapy, family support, and life skills. Co-ed, and appropriate for people with co-occurring mental health concerns.

Women's Intensive Outpatient (WIOP)

A women-only program, 3 days a week for 3 hours, covering topics such as parenting in recovery and trauma.

Recovery Management

For people who have completed core treatment, working alongside a counselor and a Peer Support Specialist to stay on track.
